Kathmandu, February 9
Lawyers from Province 2 are resigning en masse as Nepal Bar Association members, at NBA central office in Kathmandu on Thursday. Lawyers from the province arrived together in Kathmandu for the purpose on Thursday morning.
After 11 am, they will gather at the central office in Ramshahpath and announce their resignation as NBA members.
A lawyer told Onlinekhabar that they are resigning due to their dissatisfaction over the role of NBA in appointment of justices and NBA leadership’s discrimination against them.
