Master chefs from Thailand on Tuesday shared their culinary skills in preparing authentic Thai dishes with Nepali chefs and cooks, amidst a programme in Kathmandu.
Chefs At Khunsee, Nuanpen Thumasa and Panjama Praphapantasak shared their cookery at the event ‘Exploring Thailand: A Culinary Experience with Master Chefs’ at the Annapurna Hotel yesterday.
Hotel Association of Nepal had organised the event in coordination with Thai Embassy in Kathmandu, Nepal-Thailand Friendship Cooperation Society and Restaurant and Bar Association of Nepal.
At the event, the chefs had demonstrated how to prepare four popular Thai dishes, namely: Tom Yum Goong, Gra-tong Thong, Sen Jan Pad Goong, and Som Tam.
