Kathmandu, October 9
The government has appointed Dim Prakash Paudel as the general manager of the national flag carrier, Nepal Airlines Corporation.
A cabinet meeting held on Thursday made the decision. Paudel was working as a member of the board of directors of the corporation.
By profession a chartered accountant, he is a cadre of the ruling Nepal Communist Party. In the past, he had worked as a member of the then CPN-UML’s publicity department.
Paudel was appointed a member of the NAC board a few months ago.
