Nepal Airlines resumes full fleet operations

Kathmandu, November 18

Nepal Airlines Corporation (NAC) has resumed flights with its Makalu aircraft (9N-ALZ), completing the maintenance of all four of its aircraft.

The Makalu aircraft, which underwent C-check maintenance in Italy following international aviation protocols, returned to service after months of downtime. It landed at Tribhuvan International Airport at 8:52 am today.

With the Makalu now operational, all four aircraft in NAC’s fleet are back in service. The prolonged absence of some aircraft due to scheduled maintenance has disrupted NAC’s international flight schedules in recent months.

NAC officials confirmed that with the complete fleet now operational, the airline’s international flight schedules will resume as planned, ensuring smoother operations and improved service reliability.
