Kathmandu, December 21
An undergraduate student at the Ratna Rajya Laxmi Campus (RR Campus) in Kathmandu has allegedly beaten up a teacher of the college for barring him from cheating during an internal examination.
The student has been identified as Kuber Jethara whereas the teacher is Prakash Pudasaini.
Jagat Nepal, a teacher of the college, says he witnessed Jethara attacking his colleague Pudasaini, adding the college administration is looking into the case now.
Pudasaini is injured and is undergoing treatment at the Kathmandu Model Hospital, Bagbajaar.
The college administration has cancelled the examination scheduled for Tuesday and said it would be held later.
