Komaki EV, an Indian brand has officially released two models of its electric scooters in Nepal.
Unity Trading Concern Pvt Ltd, the official distributor of the brand for Nepal, has made the scooters available here. The two models launched here are high-speed electric scooters from Komaki EV and are sure to compete against the premium offering from NIU, Yadea, Lvneng and Super Soco.
Komaki EV can face a tough time here, but it certainly has prepared itself to compete against the best here as its scooters offer a wide range of features making it more appealing to the people.

Komaki SE is one of the two high-speed scooters launched from Komaki EV in Nepal. SE flaunts a contemporary electric scooter design. It gets an aerodynamic design and comes with a circular LED headlight, LED indicators, and LED taillight. It also features a digital odometer.
The scooter is powered by a 3,000-watt motor and a 74V40Ah lithium-ion battery. The company claims the power of this scooter is equal to that of a 125cc scooter. The scooter offers a range of up to 120km in a single charge and it takes around four to five hours for the scooter to get fully charged. SE can also achieve a top speed of 70kmph.
There are plenty of useful features for the rider on this electric scooter. There are features like regenerative braking, reverse assist, anti-theft alarm and most importantly cruise control. This feature enables riders to maintain a constant desired speed by pressing the activation button and can reduce the inconvenience while driving. The scooter also has a Bluetooth connectivity system.
For safety, the scooter comes with disc brakes on either side. The company also has offered better suspension on the scooter for smooth performance on rough terrains.

Komaki Venice is yet another high-speed scooter from Komaki EV. It shares similar features with Komaki SE but hugely differs in terms of design. The Venice is more of a retro-styled scooter and comes with a similar circular LED headlight, LED indicators, and LED taillight. In addition to the design, this scooter also gets a windshield. Furthermore, it has a circular side mirror, split seats, a company-fitted full-body aluminium guard, and also an additional storage box behind the pillion seat.
Venice is also powered by a 3,000-watt motor and a 72V40Ah lithium-ion battery. The company claims the power of this scooter is equivalent to that of a 125cc scooter. The scooter offers a range of up to 120km in a single charge while taking around four hours to get fully charged. This scooter is a little faster than Komaki SE and can achieve a top speed of up to 85kmph.
Like SE, Komaki Venice also offers plenty of useful features for the riders. Similar features like regenerative braking, reverse assist, anti-theft alarm and cruise control are also included in Venice. The scooter also has Bluetooth connectivity along with an inbuilt music system.
This scooter too is equipped with dual disc brakes for safety. The scooter also has a strong steel frame. Other additions to the scooter are a dual side footrest, three riding modes, parking mode and front storage.
