Kathmandu, June 26
Lok dohori singer Dilmaya Sunar has been found dead at her rented apartment in Kathmandu.
Officials from Balaju Police Range found her dead in her apartment on Saturday. Sunar, on Friday, had written on Facebook how she was finding it hard to live.
After her death, Nepal Police started investigating and arrested Surya Shrestha, who they believe had been to Sunar’s apartment on Saturday.
Thirty-year-old Sunar has worked with famous lok dohori singers like Raju Pariyar. She also featured in different live dohori programmes.
