Kathmandu, July 18
A man has been found dead on the bank of a stream in Sankhu on the northeastern outskirts of Kathmandu.
SP Dinesh Raj Mainali of the District Police Range, Kathmandu, says the body found in the Shankharapur municipality had already decayed and it just looked like a skeleton.
Police have suspected the person might have been murdered and furthered the investigation. DSP Dhundi Raj Neupane of the Bauddha Police Circle has been assigned the case.
