Design and display
Realme 10 has a very beautiful design like its older version the Realme 9. The shiny back is made of plastic but is very rigid and you do not have any problem. The phone also has downgraded the camera department as the ultra-wide angle camera in Realme 9 is no longer in the successor. The phone also has shifted its fingerprint from the screen display to its power button, which looks pretty good.
The display on the phone is a 6.4-inch super AMOLED display. The display has a resolution of 2400 X 1080 and a refresh rate of 90Hz. The FHD+ display has a 4,000,000: 1 contrast ratio and a colour depth of 16.7 million colours. The display is protected with the help of Corning Gorilla Glass 5.
Performance and Storage
Realme 10 has great performance with the help of the Helio G99 chipset. The 6nm process octa-core CPU and the ARM G57 MC2 GPU in the phone makes the performance of the phone much faster than Realme 9. Games such as PUBG and Call of Duty can be played with no difficulties and the frame rates are also relatively good. However, heavy games such as Genshin Impact might get problems and might run in below-average FPS.
In Nepal, currently, the 8GB RAM and the 128GB storage variant are only available. The 4GB RAM and 64GB storage variant might also be soon seen on the market. Realme 10 features a dynamic RAM feature on the 8GB RAM variant allowing users to expand the RAM to 16GB using the DRE technology.
Camera
Realme 10 features a dual camera setup on the back which includes a 50MP main camera and a 2MP depth camera. The phone has significantly dropped its camera sensor from 108MP available on Realme 9 to 50MP along with the sensor size. The ultra-wide angle camera is also removed from the new version.
The rear camera boasts some features such as 50MP mode, night mode, panorama, HDR, portrait, AI scene recognition, slow motion, timelapse, AI beauty and chroma boost. The camera can record 1080P at 60fps from the back camera and 1080P video at 30fps from the front camera. The front camera on the phone includes a 16MP selfie camera which clicks good selfies.
Battey and others
Realme 10 has a massive 5000mAh battery which can give you 38 hours of calling and 21 hours of YouTube. The phone can e charged with the 33W SUPERVOOC charger which can charge the phone to 50% in 28 minutes.
The phone includes only one speaker and a 3.5mm headset jack port for music and sound. It has dual nano sim card slots and a type-C port to charge and distribute data. The sensors on the phone include a magnetic induction sensor, light sensor, proximity sensor, gyro-meter and acceleration sensor.
The phone is available in two colours: rush black and ceramic white.
The price of the 8/128GB in Nepal is Rs 29,999.
