Makawanpur, May 4
Two persons were killed in a motorcycle accident along the Hetauda-Kulekhani-Kathmandu road in the Makawanpur district on Wednesday evening.
A motorcycle (Bagmati Province 02-020 Pa 4237) heading to Hetauda from Kathmandu skidded off the road at Jurikhet of Bhimphedi rural municipality-6, says the District Police Office.
The dead have been identified as the motorcycle rider, Lalbabu Sahani Malaha (25) and the pillion rider Rabindra Mandal, both of them from Prasauni municipality-5 in the Bara district.
Malaha died at Hetauda Hospital, and Mandal on the spot, says DSP Tek Bahadur Karki.
