Complaints and issues related to the Ministry of Culture, Tourism, and Civil Aviation can now be directly submitted through Viber and WhatsApp for the general public.
The ministry has provided information that such complaints can be sent directly via Viber and WhatsApp at mobile number 9761768315. Additionally, the ministry’s spokesperson Hemraj Tamang has informed that complaints can also be submitted via email to —ujuriattourism.gov.np.
Citizens can now lodge complaints, grievances, and suggestions directly with the ministry or related agencies using these channels.
