Kathmandu, May 17
A food and handicraft fair will be organised in Thamel to promote tourism. The Thamel Tourism Development Council is organising the fair in Thamel on May 18.
Council’s general secretary Rajib Pandey said the fair will begin at 10 am to 10 pm on Saturday. There will be a variety of cuisines and handicraft items to lure domestic and international tourists.
Pandey shared that as many as 30 stalls will be kept in the fair. There will also be cultural shows at the fair.
