CPN-UML MP Suhang Nemwang has said that he will pay special attention to solving the problem of Ilam.
Stating that he has three priorities as a member of parliament, he said that he will play a coordinating role in solving the problems of the people of Ilam amending necessary laws and promoting good governance.
While answering the questions asked by journalists after taking the oath of office on Wednesday, Nemwang said that since he came here because of the love of the people of Ilam, he will pay special attention to solving the problems of Ilam. “I will pay special attention to what I should do to solve the problem of Ilam,” he said.
He said that a lot of development work is being done, but good governance could not be maintained due to the lack of some law and policy arrangements. So he will prioritise such issues to work as the building bridge for good governance.
He said that if there is a need to modify some policies to promote and develop sectors like agriculture, education, health, and tourism, he will also pay attention to that.
Informing that he has three priorities as a member of parliament, he added, “I will move forward to complete all that work with the faith and integrity shown by my father (Subash Nemwang).”
