Baitadi, May 13
An octogenarian collapsed and died immediately after voting during the local elections in the Baitadi district of Sudurpaschim on Friday morning.
The deceased has been identified as Harisingh Bhat (84), a resident of Kaphalda, Dogadakedar rural municipality-3 of the district.
He fell unconscious after casting his vote at the Sanatan Dharma Secondary School voting booth. He breathed his last while being taken to a health facility for treatment, inform police.
