Kathmandu, January 18
Boxer Neeta Gosain was found dead in her house in Bhaktapur. Gosain represented the Armed Police Force in boxing.
DSP Basant Pathak of District Police Range, Bhaktapur, said, “Her brother discovered her hanging from the ceiling, and he cut the rope.”
He mentioned that the body had been sent for post-mortem for further investigation.
Her family has filed a complaint against a person for the offence of abetting suicide.
In response to the complaint, the individual was arrested, and the investigation was initiated, as mentioned by Pathak.
