Jajarkot, November 30
A child died of chilling cold at Kushe Rural Municipality in Jajarkot district on Wednesday.
The three-year-old daughter of Sunil Badi died of the extreme cold, said the chairperson of the rural municipality, Hari Chandra Basnet. The child was suffering from pneumonia due to a cold and died on the way to hospital.
The family of the deceased has been living under tarpaulin after the Jajarkot earthquake that occurred on November 3 damaged their house, added Basnet.
