Sindhupalchok, April 18
Ruling Nepal Communist Party chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal arrived in Sukute of Sindhupalchok district on Thursday. Sources say he is in the district ‘to have rest’.
His wife Sita and Sindhupalchok district’s lawmaker Agni Prasad Sapkota have accompanied the leader.
As the Netra Bikram Chand ‘Biplav’-led party had imposed a general strike in the country today, there were fewer public vehicles on the road. However, Dahal safely managed to reach the destination.
They will stay at local Sukute Beach Resort tonight.
