Morang, December 7
Three people have died after a scrapyard in Saatghumti in Biratnagar-7 caught fire on Wednesday afternoon.
The deceased have been identified as Sushil Paswan, Deepak Mandal and Sunita Kamat. Paswan died on the spot while Mandal and Kamat died during treatment in Biratnagar and Kathmandu respectively.
Three people are currently in Kathmandu for treatment.
The fire was doused with the help of six fire engines, police personnel and locals.
The scrapyard has been gutted by fire.
