Kathmandu, January 3
CPN-UML senior leader and former prime minister Madhav Kumar Nepal has urged Nepali Congress leaders not to disturb the new government to be formed under the leadership of left alliance. He, however, maintains that the alliance has expected constructive feedback from the opposition.
“Let us work for five years. But, you have to alert us because we have expected constructive suggestions from you,” Nepal said while interacting with journalists in Kathmandu today.
Nepal also told Congress leaders including outgoing Prime Minister and the party’s senior leader Ram Chandra Paudel not to worry further about how the government would work.
He also urged Deuba to leave the government as soon as possible and pave the way for new government.
In another context, Nepal said his party’s Chairman KP Sharma Oli would be elected the prime minister though the party was yet to make any official decision in this regard.
