Kathmandu, February 27
The police have prohibited people from walking on the pavement around the Singhadarbar.
After a group of microfinance borrowers entered the parliament building in New Baneshwar on Monday, security measures were increased around the pavement surrounding the Singhadarbar as well.
While walking around the Parliament building in New Baneshwar was not prohibited entirely, the police initially disallowed individuals from walking in groups in the morning. However, later they designated the area as prohibited.
The security personnel have prohibited people from walking near the wall of Singhadarbar as well.
