Kathmandu, December 16
The body of former Kathmandu Mayor PL Singh will be placed at the Nepali Congress Central Office in Sanepa for final tributes. The tribute ceremony will take place from 12 pm to 2 pm.
Before that, from 11 AM to noon, Singh’s body was kept at the residence of Deputy Prime Minister and Urban Development Minister Prakash Man Singh in Chaksibari, Thamel, for public homage.
PL Singh passed away at the age of 88 at 1 am last night at Prakash Man Singh’s residence.
Singh was a close associate of the late Ganesh Man Singh and had been residing at the Chaksibari residence of Prakash Man Singh.
