Kathmandu, April 7
The price of gold has increased by Rs Rs 2,900 per tola (44.66 grams) on Sunday. According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealer’s Association, the price of gold reached Rs 135,600 per tola on Sunday, the highest price ever.
On Friday, the price of gold was traded at Rs 132, 700 per tola. Then on Thursday, gold reached a record high of Rs 134,000 per tola.
Similarly, silver has increased by Rs 55 per tola. Silver, which traded at Rs 1,615 per tola the previous day, has remained at Rs 1,670 today.
