CPN-Revolutionary Maoist Chairman Mohan Baidya says he feels pity for CPN-Maoist Centre Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal because his party has lost all Communist values and exists in name only.

Baidya, recognised as the guru of former PM Dahal, says the unity between two Maoist forces is impossible as Dahal-led party has already ditched Communist conducts.

“For him, the Nepali Congress is more close than the Maoists,” he says, “Therefore, the Maoist Centre is paving ways towards the Congress.”

Meanwhile, the veteran criticises the current coalition government claiming it turned too submissive in front of India and failed to settle issues related to floods in Terai and promotion of Nepali products in the Indian market.

Baidya, however, maintains that his party can merge with another Maoist faction led by Netra Bikram Chand ‘Biplav’.

Meanwhile, the leader says his party is yet to decide whether to contest the elections of House of Representatives and Provincial Assembly scheduled for November and December and an appropriate decision will be made very soon.
