Kathmandu, October 18
An on-duty police official has been found murdered in Kailali of Sudurpaschim on Sunday morning.
A junior policeman accompanying the official has gone incommunicado since the incident. Hence, investigators suspect Head Constable Ram Bahadur Saud might be responsible for the crime.
The victim has been identified as Assistant Sub-inspector Govinda BK posted at the Jigada Police Post. His body was found in the local Mohana river.
He had gone to a neighbouring area for patrolling along with Singh.
