Janakpurdham, July 11
A woman who was missing for the past month has been found dead and buried, at Bhramarpura, Loharpatti municipality-7 of the Mahottari district, on Sunday.
Sujita Thakur (26) was missing since June 3, but her body, with both hands tied, was found buried at a fuel station nearby her house this morning, informs DIG Umesh Ranjitkar, the chief of the Provincial Police Office.
Acting on a tip-off, police had done digging at the fuel station today.
Earlier on June 27, police had arrested the deceased’s husband Mukesh and brother-in-law Rupesh suspecting they murdered her.
Police are looking into the case.
