Kathmandu, June 2
Nepali Congress leader Min Biswakarma has said his party will stake a claim at premiership.
Biswakarma, who was speaking at a programme in Bhaktapur on Thursday, said a government of national consensus would have already been formed if Prachanda had not backed out at the last moment.
Biswakarma, who is considered an ally of party president Sher Bahadur Deuba, said that there are plenty of legal hurdles for conducting local elections in November.
