Kathmandu, February 3
Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ has called a meeting of the ruling alliance partners at Baluwatar on Friday.
He extended the invite to leaders of the Nepali Congress, CPN-Maoist Centre and the United Democratic Madheshi Front, for the meeting scheduled for 4 pm.
The UDMF is unhappy with the Cabinet decision to write to Election Commission to start preparations for elections. It has been saying that it will not take part in elections unless and until the Parliament amends the Constitution by incorporating its concerns.
