Kathmandu, May 26
The 16th edition of NSJF Pulsar Sports Award will be held on July 2 this year, the Nepal Sports Journalists Forum announces.
The Forum has been honouring the players in various categories.
The Forum made the announcement amidst a press meet in Kathmandu on Sunday. On the occasion, it also signed a sponsorship agreement with Hansraj Hulaschand and Company for the event.
The Forum said it would add one more category, Asian Sports Journalist Award, to the awards this year, making a total of 10 categories.
Other categories include Best Male, Best Female, Young Player, Best Coach, People’s Choice, Lifetime Achievement Award, Para Athlete, Special Award and Team of the Year.
Winners of Best Male, Best Female, People’s Choice and Best Coach will get a Pulsar motorbike each. Other winners will get Rs 50,000 each.
