Kathmandu, January 21
The latest round of talks between three major political parties and the United Democratic Madheshi Front just ended, as always, on an inconclusive note.
There was no agreement in the talks held at the Prime Minister’s official residence in Baluwatar, Upendra Yadav, chair of the Federal Socialist Forum Nepal, a UDMF constituent, said after the day’s talks.
He said: This government cannot address our demands. It cannot solve people’s problems.
Yadav said there has been no progress, despite several rounds of talks, over the past four months.
