Kathmandu, February 24
Actor Paul Shah has been accused of raping a minor, who is also an aspiring singer, multiple times recently. The actor, however, has pleaded innocent.
The alleged survivor’s father filed a complaint at the Tanahun District Police Office, the police source revealed on Thursday. Following the filing of the complaint, police have already launched a manhunt.
However, Shah resorted to his official Facebook page on Friday morning and said he was framed into the wrong charge.
Maintaining that he would be ready to face action if proven guilty, Shah accused singer Durgesh Thapa, Saroj Oli, Krishna Joshi and Samrat Chaulagain of manipulating the teenage singer and making her family file the case against him.
