Kathmandu, December 18
President Ram Chandra Paudel has appointed ambassadors to India and Malaysia.
According to Article 282(1) of the Constitution, Dr Shankar Prasad Sharma has been appointed as the Ambassador to India, and Dr Netra Prasad Timilsina as the Ambassador to Malaysia, the Office of the President announced.
The appointments were made on Wednesday upon the recommendation of the Council of Ministers, confirmed Spokesperson Shailaja Regmi Bhattarai of the Office of the President.
