Kathmandu, May 13
As many as 14 persons died in a road accident in Waling of the Syangja district in western Nepal on Friday morning.
All of them are identified as residents of ward 14 of the Waling municipality, informs DSP Rabindra Khanal of the District Police Office.
Meanwhile, 12 persons have sustained injuries, of whom, 11 have been sent to Pokhara for further treatment.

Casualties suspected in Syangja road accident

Some people have been feared dead in a road accident in Waling of the Syangja district in western Nepal on Friday morning.
An SUV (Ga 2 Cha 3026) was coming to Waling from local Sikhre, carrying people to their voting centre.
DSP Rabindra Khanal of the District Police Office says the vehicle has fallen around 500 metres down the road in Waling-15.
