Kathmandu, March 13
One person died when a truck hit a motorcycle in Sindhuli. The deceased has been identified as 30-year-old Riddi Bahadur Miring Singh of Harion Municipality-7 in Sarlahi.
This morning, a truck (Ma Pra 04-001 Kha0059) travelling from Madan Bhandari highway towards Bhiman, hit the motorcycle (92Pa6562) coming from the opposite direction.
District Police Office Sindhule stated that Singh, who was seriously injured in the accident, was rescued and taken to District Hospital Sindhuli. He died during the treatment.
The police have detained the truck and the driver for further investigation.
