Kathmandu, February 23
Two Nepalis were arrested in Japan with 21 kg of hashish (charas) in December 2016, the Japanese government has revealed.
According to ANN, those arrested are Tapan Tamang, 29, a student at a vocational institute and Devi Gurung Dong , 27, a part-time worker at a restaurant.
Their names were made public only recently. Japan police said that they found 18kg and 600g of hashish when they raided their room.
The seized hashish is priced at Japanese Yen 150 million (Rs 148 million) in the gray market.
