Kathmandu, May 14
The Election Commission says around 70 per cent of total voters cast their votes in the first phase of local level elections held in provinces 3, 4 and 6 today.
The exact turnout, however, will be published along with the publication of results.
The Commission said the voting was peaceful and enthusiastic in overall.
