In August 2017, CF Moto officially started its two-wheeler business in Nepal. After that, it has released a bunch of two-wheelers for bike enthusiasts here, CF Moto 150 and 250NK being the most famous models in Nepal.
After four years of its operation in Nepal, CF Moto has brought a new model to the market, CF Moto 250SR. The SR in the bike is the abbreviation of sports racing; hence, apparently, the 250SR is a sports racing bike. The company claims this bike is a high-value product among what the CF MOTO offers to consumers. One of the highly competitive players in the entry-level sports racing bike market, it offers sophisticated design combined with excellent handling and agility.

Design
Along with the speed, CF Moto 250SR is beautifully designed. Although it has an aggressive muscular profile, the bike is elegantly lightweight for its class. The bike is specially designed for racers; the track-based ergonomics of the 250SR includes a lower handlebar and a more aggressive riding stance.
Engine
The single-cylinder, liquid-cooled, 249cc DOHC engine is refined with a focus on acceleration. The quick-revving power and strong torque provide the sporting performance you crave, with a remarkably smooth delivery that provides an exhilarating ride both on the track and on the street.
Likewise, precise fuel metring is handled by the BOSCH EFI. Electronic fuel injection ensures the fuel is fully atomised for optimum combustion and maximum fuel efficiency.
In the dual-overhead-camshaft (DOHC) design of the 250SR engine, the cams directly drive the valve train, reducing the inertia of mechanical motion and allowing the engine to produce responsive, high-revving power.
Brakes
The superior stopping power allows you to play hard and brake hard with the 250SR. Opposed four-piston calliper and 292mm disc brake on the front wheel and a single-piston floating calliper and 220mm disc on the rear are ready to take on daily riding as well as the rigours of the track. The floating calliper design ensures premium braking performance with more positive engagement and stable braking force. It also allows the 250SR to easily adapt to brake discs of different sizes.
In the case of emergency braking, intelligent ABS reduces the possibility of locking up the wheels—one of the greatest risks to motorcycle riding—allowing for greater safety on the road.
Display
An all-new colourful TFT display features two interfaces for sport and rain riding modes, with screen brightness that auto-adjusts to ambient light. The full-colour LCD instrument display offers integrated functions such as rpm, gear, speed and even phone connectivity.
Controllability
Lightweight integrated frame design, 37mm USD fork front suspension, single-shock rear suspension, lightweight hubs contributing to nimble handling, and CST high-performance radial tyres provide a confident grip on the road. Likewise, minimal unsprung weight provides quick acceleration and confident cornering, ideal for sport riding conditions.
Also, the slipper clutch provides smoother and more efficient shifting. Downshifts on muddy, dusty, snowy and wet surfaces become considerably safer and it especially performs better in high-speed downshifting.
Price
Although the company has not made the official launch of the bike yet, the booking for CF Moto 250SR has started and will cost Rs 690,000. You can also visit the showroom and take the bike for a test ride.
