Kathmandu, August 5
A probe committee has found out that some Nepal Police staffers leaked test papers prepared for a qualification test for various peace missions.
One of such tests was held at the police headquarters in Kathmandu on Saturday. Before the test, it was revealed that some of the examinees had already got the question papers in advance.
Following that, a new question set was prepared immediately whereas Inspector General Shailesh Thapa Kshetri had formed a team to look into the issue.
The investigation team led by DIG Basanta Lama has found that some staffers of the UN Section of the headquarters stole the papers and circulated them among the examinees.
Meanwhile, Suresh Bam of the section and Kumar Shah of the Cyber Bureau have been arrested for their alleged involvement in the case. Further investigation is underway.
