Kathmandu, November 28
A man has died after being hit by a tipper in Sinamangal of Kathmandu on Thursday morning.
The victim has been identified as Sunil Prasad Mahato (25), a resident of the Parsa district, who was riding a motorbike (Ba 30 Pa 940). His bike was hit by the tipper (Ba 4 Kha 8725).
Seriously injured in the accident, he breathed his last during treatment at Sinamangal-based Kathmandu Medical College, according to police.
Another man, Ambar Bahadur Pahari (30), a permanent resident of the Ramehhap district currently residing in Bhaktapur, has sustained injuries and is undergoing treatment at the same hospital.
Police have arrested the tipper driver for further investigation.
