Kathmandu, September 18
A man has been arrested on the charge of raping a minor in Bhaktapur, one of the three districts of the Kathmandu valley.
Anish Bhujel aka Ashok (19), a resident of Shailung rural municipality-7, Dolakha, has been arrested on the charge of raping a 13-year-old.
Bhujel took the girl to a restaurant in Dudhpati, Bhaktapur municipality-1, and committed the crime, according to a complaint filed with the police.
Following the complaint, the police launched a manhunt and arrested him at Bhuldhoka, Lalitpur metropolitan city-9, according to DSP Raju Pandey of the Bhaktapur District Police Range.
