Kathmandu, November 23
Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal and senior members of the ruling alliance are holding talks with the Madhesh-based parties on the issue of constitution amendment, on Wednesday morning.
Leaders from the Nepali Congress, CPN-Maoist (Centre), Madheshi Morcha and the Federal alliance are taking part in the meeting.
The meeting comes as PM Prachanda is preparing to table a bill to amend the Constitution to address the demands of the Madheshi Morcha, and the Prime Minister is likely to address the concerns of the Morcha and the Nepali Congress on the issue.
