Nawalparasi, September 29
A person died of electric shock in Nawalparasi West on Friday.
The deceased has been identified as Jaya Prakash Yadav, a resident of Ramgram municipality-7.
According to District Police Office spokesperson DSP Resham Bohara, the incident occurred at 6 am while the Yadav was switching off a street lamp at Ujaini.
Yadav was rushed to Prithvi Chandra Hospital where the doctors doctors pronounced him dead.
Eyewitnesses at the scene reported that WIFI and other wires had fallen onto the street.
