The Department of Hydrology and Meteorology has predicted that some places in Nepal will receive more rainfall this year.
According to the Department, Bagmati Province along with western parts of Nepal will witness more rainfall than usual.
Koshi and Madhesh provinces, however, are expected to witness less rain than usual.
The Department said the temperature is expected to be the same as last year while rainfall is predicted to be around 60.1 mm between December 1 and February 29.
