Kathmandu, June 16
The Ministry of Health and Population has informed that the country’s Covid-19 tally has reached 6,591 as of Tuesday afternoon.
In his daily press briefing in Kathmandu, the ministry’s spokesperson Jageshwor Gautam said 380 new cases were confirmed in the country in the past 24 hours.
Of total cases, 1,198 have achieved recovery whereas 19 died, according to him.
In various parts of the country, 137,149 people have been quarantined.
