Kathmandu, March 4
Three ministers have taken the oath of office and secrecy at the President’s Office, Shital Niwas. On Monday evening, President Ramchandra Paudel administered the oath to Padam Giri of CPN-UML, Hit Bahadur Tamang of the CPN-Maoist Center, and DP Aryal of the Rastriya Swatantra Party.
UML, Maoist Center, Rastriya Swatantra Party, and Janata Samajbadi Party agreed to form a new coalition on Monday.
Accordingly, the Prime Minister has formed a cabinet with one participant from the parties other than JSP among the parties in the new coalition.
