Kathmandu, April 14
Coinciding with the new year 2073 BS, Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli is taking a new initiative to address people’s grievances. Every Saturday, PM Oli will make an appearance at Nepal Television to address grievances streaming through different media.
Journalist Ravi Lamichhane will conduct the programme titled Pradhanmantrilai Sidha Prashna (Straight questions to Prime Minister). Pramod Dahal, PM’s press adviser, said the programme is PM’s own idea.
Prime Minister Oli will respond to questions raised via social networking site and telephone, and sent through email, Dahal told Onlinekhabar.
Asked whether Prime Minister can manage time for the programme every Saturday, Dahal said they are starting the programme with the belief that PM can manage time.
