Kathmandu, June 14
Police have arrested a man on the charge of raping a 60-year-old woman in Maskot, Rampur municipality-1 of the Palpa district of western Nepal.
The suspect has been identified as Narayan Malla, 35, a local.
The District Police Office says it was informed of the incident that took place on Friday evening. Following that, police had mobilised a team to nab him.
Further investigation is underway.
