National Examinations Board in Sanothimi published results of Grade XI (Partial) examinations on Thursday.
Higher Secondary Education Board published the results of the examinations conducted about seven months ago.
Santosh Aryal, controller of examinations, said 39.63 per cent examinees have cleared the exams. Altogether 42, 799 out of 1, 07, 995 examinees have passed the exams.
Aryal said: In the past, we used to publish results of both regular and partial exams at the same time. This time, we have published the results of Grade XI (Partial) exams earlier.
This is to ensure that students, who have cleared Grade XII but are waiting for results of Grade XI (Partial) exams, do not lose a year due to delay in publication of results.
It is learnt that the Board is preparing to publish the results of Grade XI (Regular) exams within December 25.
