It carries the universal design of all the Samsung smartphones released this year. It beats its own sibling Samsung A14 5G in terms of price for being the cheapest Samsung 5G phone available in Nepal.

Design and display
The design of Samsung Galaxy M14 5G is very similar to all the Samsung smartphones released this year but with simple changes. It has a curved back and sides, instead of a flat back with the cameras popping out.
The triple camera setup is on level terms with the back panel giving a classy look of previous phones from Samsung. Its back and side panels are made up of plastic, which is glossy with fewer finger smudges. The front display is standard with a standard bezel size and a drop-notch front camera placement.
It has a 6.6-inch PLS LCD display with a 16M colour depth. It has a resolution of 1080X2408 (FHD+) pixels and a max refresh rate of 90Hz. It is protected using a Corning Gorilla Glass 5, which is rare in this price range of smartphones.

Samsung Galaxy M14 5G has Android 13 OS with One UI core 5.1 providing a seamless and intuitive user interface. The device is powered by the Exynos 1330 chipset, built on a 5nm process, ensuring efficient performance. Its octa-core CPU, consisting of 2×2.4 GHz Cortex-A78 cores and 6×2.0 GHz Cortex-A55 cores with Mali-G68 as GPU, delivers smooth and responsive visuals that make it suitable for graphics-intensive tasks such as gaming and day-to-day activities including social media visits, calls and messaging.

Samsung Galaxy M14 5G comes with a triple rear camera setup that includes a 50MP main camera, a 2MP macro camera, and a 2MP depth sensor. The primary camera has an F1.8 aperture while the macro and depth sensor cameras have F2.4 apertures. It is equipped with autofocus but lacks OIS for proper steady photos and videos.
