Kathmandu, September 30
A Qatari citizen has been found dead at Hotel Yak and Yeti, a five-star hotel in Kathmandu, on Wednesday.
Police have not revealed the identity details of the deceased.
The hotel administration says the guest had informed it of his/her departure on Wednesday. But, the person did not check out until 12 pm, forcing the administration to call the police and launch an investigation.
When the police reached the site, the room booked by the person was locked inside with the guest lying dead on the bead.
DIG Uttam Raj Subedi, the chief of the Metropolitan Police Office, says the Qatari Embassy in Kathmandu has been informed of the incident.
