X5 Pro 5G has a 6.67-inch display with an FHD+ Xfinity AMOLED display. The refresh rate delivered by the display is up to 120Hz. The resolution on the display is also good with 2400×1800 pixels. The phone can have a peak brightness of up to 900 nits with a 5000000:1 contrast ratio.
It has a 10-bit panel and a 100% DCI-P3 colour gamut. The phone has Dolby vision and is HDR10+ certified.
Camera

The primary wide camera is a 108MP, f/1.9 sensor, which has a 9-in-1 image binning for a single large image giving the image more detail and clarity. The other remaining cameras on the setup include an 8MP ultra-wide camera and a 2MP macro camera. The rear camera can record 4K videos at 30fps, 1080P videos at 60 and 30fps and 720 videos at 30fps.
On the front is a 16MP camera, which can record videos of 1080P at 60 and 30fps and 720P at 30fps.
Performance and storage
POCO X5 Pro 5G is based on Qualcomm Snapdragon 782G mobile platform chipset. It is backed up with an octa-core CPU of up to 2.4GHz and an Adreno 642l GPU. The phone’s operating system is MIUI 14 for POCO based on Android 12. The phone is set to get two years of OS updates and three years of security updates. The gaming performance on the phone is relatively better due to the new chipset and for the price, it is expected to be a bang for the buck.
The RAM and the storage on the X5 Pro 5G are set to come in two variants. The base variant with 6GB RAM and 128GB of storage and 8GB RAM and 256GB of storage. The phone also has a dynamic RAM feature allowing its users to expand the RAM from 6GB to 11GB and 8 GB to 13 GB.
